Boxing and Freight
We charge $8.00 per box + freight.
Terms and Condition
To protect our customers, we need you to provide evidence that you are involved in the nursery business, that you have an established business location or intend to do so, and that we may keep your state tax exemption papers on file.
We accept orders on the condition that they may be voided or delayed without liability to Berries Unlimited due to the delay or failure to deliver caused by crop failure, inclement weather, or other causes beyond our control. All orders accepted are subject to the availability of stock at the time of delivery.
Claims
We warrant our nursery stock to be true to description or variety under the name in which it is sold. We shall in no case be liable for any sum greater than the amount originally received for said nursery stock, less shipping costs.
Cancellation
1 month advance noticed is required. We charge a 25% restocking and order cancellation.
